Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive email management tool, which will grant you total authority over your electronic mail accounts and email newsletters. With this easy-to-use GUI, you can create a brand new electronic mail account in an instant and manage its settings easily. Additionally, you can forward e-mail messages from one email box to another, create email filters, create auto-response messages and protect your email mailbox accounts against junk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your email box accounts against junk e-mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwanted mails will find their way into your email box. Your electronic mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a specific email mailbox.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for sorting your incoming mails based on certain rules set by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can easily create an email filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and modify the e-mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming emails from one mail account to another, or even to several other email accounts. Just choose the e-mailbox you would like to forward mail messages from, then choose the destination email box and select if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily set up the e-mail client of your choosing to access your email accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox account you wish to set up on your desktop PC or cellular phone and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new mailbox will be configured in a minute.
More Features
With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple email box accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager GUI will also enable you to quickly create an auto-reply message - specify the message you want people to read and our system will take care of the rest. And if you would like to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
